Probably we’ll go shop for some toys later so can keep them entertained. I wonder if there is any yomega yo-yos selling here at the malls here? Darrius can play with them but I think I’ll have to get something else for Glennedine. She is too young to play with yo-yo.

However, we might need to get one real soon as we intend to bring it along with us. I have checked a few models and still think Canon to be the one. I am actually targeting of getting one that they do a little adjustment to it where they attached external printers ink cartridges to the printer. Not sure if this is legal or illegal but many of the shops are doing such modification and selling them.

Well, one thing for sure is that we can save heaps on getting the inks!

I am contemplating of selling away all my gold (those I received during the wedding yum-cha sessions) since I can’t wear all of them. I rather get the money and put into fixed deposit then letting them stay in the safe deposit box!

If I want any jewelry, I’ll go for more hip stuff like those steel jewelry which is getting really popular now. I am eyeing some steel pendants by Teno which is so chic!

How about you? Do you still like gold or like me, you prefer more hip stuff?

One of the weekend morning, I went to the wet market near my place and there were no short of stalls peddling these stuff… from the regular plush toys to mini bolsters, pillows, clocks, slippers and the list goes on….

Darrius and even Glennedine are HUGE fancees of these birds so each time they see anything that have these birds they will squeal in excitement. Though I would love to get them some of these cute products but I can’t. The house is too full… for now and if I continue to buy, there will be no end to it coz they always come out with new stuff! *o*

Angry Birds lanterns!!!! In conjunction with Moon Cake festival, what other better excuse can there be to not get them for the kids???? Of course I did not hesitate to get them! First I bought the red and blue birds but ended up the red bird was faulty so we brought it back for a change and Darrius decided to get the yellow bird.

Was trying to get the kids to pose with their new lanterns but they kept running away so no photos of them for now…

However, it is about time we get one as Darrius will be attending formal school soon and I am anticipating some homework or projects which will require a printer. I love Canon but I don’t mind looking at other brands at all. Probably we will look at those brother printers too this time and if price is right… we’ll get one!

The past few weeks, he has been bringing a lot of gadgets home to do testing and I get the chance to see what is available in the market! Itelyu, there are all types of gadgets beside iPads, Galaxy Tab and what ever tabs and pads available in the market now. Some have interesting designs and some can be pretty ridiculous!

He may not be the person to ask for deals on laptops now as this not what he is focusing at for the time being. If you want to know which tablet to get, he may be able to give you some advices.

Besides doing all the official stuff, he has to do some non official ones too like buying goodies for the kids!

Yeah, we love Uncle Tobys cereal and cereal bars since we can’t get much of them around here. I think all these can last us for the next 1 to 2 months…

Most of them (except the moo-moo cow piece) are the Blueberry Minky cloth diapers. Their prints are oh so cute which was why I can’t resist! Initially I only wanted to buy 2 pieces but the shipping for 2 pieces and 4 pieces are the same so…. what the heck???!!!

Now that I am done with shopping for cloth diapers, I better go check out some new car insurance companies since my car’s insurance will be due soon.

She hates drinking plain water when I first introduced to her the moment she started solid food as she was too used to getting her water supply from my boobs. However, dry skins started to show on her feet so I have to find ways for more liquid to go into her body since my boobs are not producing that much now!

Humans are humans. What other better ways to move a person other than having a little friendly competitions to kick start? I’m not sure about your babies but mine is a competitive freak even at a tender age of just 1! Glennedine loved to be coax into drinking her water when we told her that jor-kor is drinking too.

On Boxing Day, we went to Jusco Perda again with the intention to go terminate my Cupcakes company registration at Seberang Prai. Besides that intention, I have another – to find a BPA free water bottle for Glennedine. I have been looking on the island but can’t find any nice designs. Was extremely glad I managed to find something… though not to what I’d really like but that was the best they could offer in that range…

Yeap, I bought the same bottle that I got for Darrius except for the designs on the bottle. To Glennedine, the bottles are the same so if mommy said ’see, kor-kor is drinking kut-kut (a baby word we used to describe water)’ she will not want to be left behind and will quickly pop the straw into her mouth!

So, you called that siblings rivalry? To me I don’t really give a damn as long as she is guzzling down those liquid and give my boobs the rest they deserved after such a long time!

We are considering of getting a set of Samsung HDTV to be brought over later and maybe get another set of LED when we are there as the price is more or less the same. At least if anything happened, the warranty still valid.

Comparing between the two brands, both have their good and bad and since they are more or less the same, it is only the size and price which will dictate our decision.
