In fact I have been on the look out for more ‘high tech’ equipments such as a good stand mixer for a start. All this while I am using a hand-me-down hand mixer from my SIL and when I have large orders, I will be sweating away holding it! For the last couple of weeks, I have been eying for my dream mixer, an Artisan Kitchen Aid chrome mixer. I’ve even tried bidding on a few at eBay! Luckily I did not win as the final price is more expensive than what some sites are offering.

Other than that, I will be on a constant look out for great bakewares too. I’m just so  greedy! I have quite a lot of trays in my collection but that will never be enough for a baker! That’s my bad habit… I just love collecting them even if I don’t use them!

So far I don’t really do much except the regular cleaning. PiggyBeng will do the dusting as well as vacuuming the entire house about one week before the eve. Last year he took two days to complete! I hope he don’t have to do that much since he did cleaned once a few months back. There seems to be a lot of spider webs around the ceiling and they grow pretty fast too. Maybe we need a more powerful vacuum like the Miele vacuum cleaner to not only suck away the webs but the spiders too!

Piggybeng dreaded this job but he don’t have a choice since he is the only man in the house! Darrius is too small to carry out the job!

In a few months time, we might be travelling again. Since Darrius is older now, we will have to look for kids friendly hotels to stay.
