The never ending baking!

I’ve just finished baking another batch of bak kwa (pork jerky) yesterday afternoon before fetching Darrius from school. This is my second batch which I will be giving to our friend who will have a open house this Sunday to celebrate Chinese New Year.

Later tonite we will be attending a gathering for all Malaysians for a reunion pot luck dinner. So looking forward to it as it has been a while I last attended the gathering due to my delivery and having Baby E.

I will be preparing nasi lemak kampung style! ~~~
