Worst Food Poisoning EVER!
In my entire life I’ve never been in such a horrible state except during the early days of my pregnancies when morning sickness struck. Last Monday’s food poisoning session was recorded as one of the worst I’ve ever had. The undigested food started to ‘brew’ shortly before dinner time on Monday and I was feeling so uncomfortable the whole night that I decided to make myself throw up! After the first round, it went on a few more rounds before the purging start!
And when I said I was purging… it was the worst… really! In within 30 minutes, I went in and out the loo for more than 6-8 times!!! So, can you imagine I’m like a ‘fountain’ up and down??? 
I definitely don’t need the work of nanocleanse this round!
Blame it on my carelessness! I went to eat at Saisaki just a day before we return to Penang. A very good lesson learned. Never eat RAW food prior to any road trips or when you are about to go travelling!
