When you’re lack of sleep…

… all the annoying zits will make their appearance!

I seldom have breakouts the past few years but with my recent condition – suffering from insomnia, tiny zits have been making their ways on my face. Though I felt extremely tired, I can hardly clock more than 5 hours of sleep a day… which is very unhealthy for an expectant mother. I often stay eyes-wide opened throughout the night. That explained why those irritating zits popping out so often now.

Luckily they are not those huge and reddish ‘volcanoes’ or else I’ll definitely freak out! At least I can use any of those natural acne treatments to cure these tiny and not so image threatening zits. :P
