He struck again!
My mom just got back from the market and she related a very ‘hot’ news. She told me she met a neighbor on her way to the market earlier and they exchanged some stories. Whatdiyouknow… that her cars’ tags were stolen earlier in the morning (around 3-4am).
Mom told me she instantly suspected the boy that came to our house 2 days ago. Apparently he has started to strike again. My mom’s friend was hopping mad as ‘he‘ not only steal one but 2 of their newly installed tags (Touch’nGo) while her son was still around watching TV when the incident happened. According to her, one car was locked while another was not… this means that boy can manipulate car locks!
Imagine most cars are fitted with alarms these days and yet he can operate so smoothly…. is that a big time burglar in the making???
Mom heard that the family has not been paying their rent for months and the landlord has no way to shoo them out. Also, mom found out the boy’s mother bought a new car (YES!!!! they don’t have money to pay rent but can afford a new car!) and hence the boy is stealing again… so the tags can be used to pay for tolls!
Our neighbor was mad that it happened again so after talking to my mom she gets her staff over to confront the family sating that they have evidence who stole the tags as they have installed CCTV. And guess what? The boy brought the tags out!!!!!!!

That’s really bad. I hope his mom will be responsible and at least give his kid a good lesson!
he is a repeat offender no matter how many times he was let go. i think this one police should be informed. not to put him in jail but more like to reform him into someone useful. and also welfare can see how the other kids are being ignored with parents’ negligence.

I don’t know what’s in the parents’ mind. Hope the boy is not forced by the parents to steal to reduce the family’s burden.

Hmm…I don’t think the boy is going to the Social Welfare department since he surrendered the tags, unless the neighbour is going ahead with a police report.
In any case, even if he does, there’s little hope for him as those places are the worst for a boy like him…
