Well… in fact my father and mother both has 8 and 7 siblings respectively and they all turned out well too even they don’t come from well to do families.

What really dismay me is the fact that more parents/adults are getting more irresponsible these days. What is happening to our society???

What has caused these to happen??? Who shall we blame?

How I wish we can have a better place/world to live in…

I think the same way as Giddy T, AllThingsPurple and Vien above My Ahma raised 11 kids on her own and all my uncles and aunts turned out OK. I know many families like that too…

And also many families with 1 or 2 kids only but with many, many problems.

Remember that I used to teach? I am surprised again and again when what I see is not what I get in class.

It all really depends on the parents!

I agree with giddy tigress…having more doesn’t mean the quality will drop. Gosh, what will our grandparents do back then, eh? My grandparents have 8 kids and everyone turned out well. If the parents are not responsible, how will they raise a good citizen? For these kids in your neighborhood, I strongly suggest to call the social services to check on this family. If this kid steals at such a young age, heaven knows, how he will turn out when he’s older. Early prevention is needed.
