False Alarm…
Darrius has been having this really huge ulcer on his lower lip. He will scream till today when I give him food. He can’t even take his favorite food – yogurt, as it hurts so much that he is willing to give the whole cup to me.
Just now when he woke up from his afternoon nap, I noticed some blisters like spots on his lips, upper and lower. Was quite panic at that moment so I quickly call PiggyBeng. Then PiggyBeng insisted that we go online (he just arrived in Taiwan around 1pm today) and let him have a look. Then after a short conversation he told me to rush Darrius to the paed. This is because Darrius was quite feverish yesterday which we thought could be some kind of signs/symptoms for HFMD (Hand, Foot and Mouth Desease) though I did not find any rashes on his hands or feet.
So off to the hospital we went. It was around 2.45pm and the paed should be back from lunch…. I thought. We took our numbers and waited. Again it was another loooooooooong wait. We were only called in around 4ish and less than 5 minutes we were out. Paed said Darrius do not have HFMD but is heaty hence the ulcers… *pheeeeeeeew*
Then we have to queue up to collect the medication… another 20 minutes wait. Finally, 5 minutes before 5pm, we can head home. Wasted the entire afternoon! 
Will continue to feed milk to Darrius till his ulcers are gone…

The weather these days are rather unpredictable, most of the time humid till everybody falls sick. I hope Lil Darrius gets well soon. Bali water would be good.. =)

Maybe you should go to the Singapore Child Specialist. The paed there are not bad and pretty fast too.

Oh dear….maybe prepare some “leong cha” for him? Formula milk might be too heaty if taken in excess. Water or leong cha should be good.
