Durian funnies

Thanks everyone for your concerns and well wishes. I will try to schedule a medical check up next week and hopefully nothing serious. Fingers crossed.

Ok, just want to share with everyone some funny moments we had over the weekend.

As most of you know, the King of Fruit season is here on the tiny island and PiggyBeng being a huge fancee of these homegrown durians, he was rather excited and called up his regular durian stall owner to find out if the good breeds are here. After the phone call, PiggyBeng came out and told me the stall owner said the better time to go will be this weekend.

Darrius who was sitting next to me heard the conversation so PiggyBeng asked him…

PiggyBeng: Darrius, want to eat durian or not?

Darrius: Mai! (Don’t want in Hokkien) Got fever you know? (He then place his palm onto his forehead and gave us the frowning look) 

Me: (Can’t help LOL) Darrius don’t want to eat durian ah?

Darrius: Mai! Later got fever.

(Both PiggyBeng and myself can’t help laughing)

If some of you followed my blog, Darrius had a fever session two weeks back and he got it shortly after PiggyBeng secretly fed him some durian after we returned from KL. Unknowingly we said it in front of him that he must have eaten the durian so he got fever after that. Guessed he remembered!
