Health and safety first
I am indirectly involved in the constructions sectors since I am doing part time for a renovation firm. Business for the passed few months has been good and we are getting more projects which means we are expending too. In fact we will be upgarded to doing larger scale works in the coming months as there are a few mega projects which are in talk now. If everything goes well, we will be blessed for the next few years.
When we are doing bigger contracts, we have to hire more staff. And one of the things our company stressed in is staff health and safety. We tried our best to provide adequate safety equipments as well as working environment so the staff is happy to work with us. We also used non health hazardous materials when ever possible or available for most of our sites. This will ultimately cost more to our clients but they do not mind paying.
