Expecting tough days ahead
Earlier this evening all of us were engaged in a conversation about the impending gas price hike. As there was no hike last year, many people speculated that there will be one this year. Of course this is not a good news at all as things have been getting expensive of late.
In a month time it will be Chinese New Year and most of us are busy preparing for the event. According to my mother in law, beside the price of gas are rising, the price of gold has been on the rise too which is of course is a piece of good news especially to the Asians as we love to buy metals (gold and silver) as a form of long term investment.
If in any case recession does come in the later part of this year, guess those who has invested in metal could be laughing their way to the bank but for those who are heavily in debt with mortgages, then I truly feel sorry for them as it will be tough days ahead.
