Another lucky cousin!
Just found out from my dad that another uncle of mine just bought a condo unit for my cousin around the Ampang area. According to dad, my uncle paid quite a high price for this unit as it came fully furnished.
My cousin is currently helping my uncle in his business and has been traveling between Ipoh and KL pretty often so my uncle decided to get a ‘home’ for my cousin so he do not have to travel back and forth so much as it can be really taxing.
My uncle has paid the initial down payment and my cousin will be paying the remaining amount probably through adverse credit remortgages. If I’m not mistaken, he took up some mortgages provide by the local banks. Since they are in the financial sector, they should be able to get cheap mortgages for the house.
