Condo Hotel Marketplace
When we were in Las Vegas last year, we went to view some Condo Hotels within the greater Las Vegas. It was actually similar to time sharing where investors have the opportunity to own a luxurious condo and get to ‘exchange’ with other properties investors with a split in rentals.
Knowing Las Vegas is a hot spot and properties are selling like hot cakes! Too bad we can’t afford as the price was a tad bit on the higher side.
