Sedap & enak – Udang Assam ala Indonesia

After a few salivating moments at Double Good Restaurant, PiggyBeng decided to imitate their Indonesian Assam Prawns which is one of the recommended dish. For a few prawns we have to pay quite a sum of money, so if we want to eat till our hearts content, we have to do it ourselves.

Of course PiggyBeng will not hesitate to perform the task since this lazy wife is busy hogging the PC to make some USD and also a chance for him to show off again…. (yeah, he asked if I have posted this up or not). It’s good that the man want to do the dirty job!

And not to praise my fat pig, this dish is really yummy despite it still lack the ‘richness’ as he put in less amount of coconut milk. I don’t really mind as the dried prawns in there really raise one’s appetite! :P

And for the recipe, I will put it up when I get the correct ingredients from Chef PiggyBeng. So, bersabar okey? :P
