Getting them to pay up
Late last year, PiggyBeng’s sister leased one unit of her shop to a foodcourt operator and after all the procedures are done, they started their business earlier this year. More than 10 months has come and go but thus far, my SIL still have not ollected a single cent from this tenant of hers.
So SIL’s hubby asked his cousin to speak to the tenant and get them to pay up but ended up they quarrelled and no money was collected. So SIL ask PiggyBeng to think of a solution or she might have to get a commercial collection agency to help her demand the rentals from these thugs. PiggyBeng said he will consult with her lawyer and she what shall be the best wa to get these thugs to pay or have to ask them to leave the premise.
