Compare before commit

After a long wait, one of the most popular online payment company has finally allow users from Malaysia to make withdrawals through their Visa credit or debit cards. Of course this is a piee of good news for all of us posties.

However, after checking with various banks and comparing their features, I still can’t decide which one to apply. Some require the early subsription fees and some are waived. Some even give the intially application fees as a bonus if the application is approved. I was hoping they have Balance Transfer Cards so I can cancel my current card as I do not wish to keep too many of these plastics with me.

What I am more confused with are the charges both sites are charging for withdrawals. Each of the credit cards company has conflicting charges so I can’t be sure how they works. Probably I’ll just wait and see what the rest will say before I commit.
