Power Out!
I’ve been feeling quite tired recently and never failed to doze off when I tucked Darrius in every night. Then I will be awake after the ‘blogging mania’ woke me up around 3-ish or 4-ish in the morning. Normally I will not be able to get back to sleep as my mind and heart will be so distracted by ‘I better check my mailbox and see if there’s an opp’ or maybe ‘PPP could be releasing opps now’ and a whole lot more of those stuff.
Last night I was telling myself to try finish some of the posts but I was really super tired that I can’t even move my lazy butt up and continue sleeping until the power outage around 4.25am just now. It is definitely bad news more than good news. If the power don’t return on time, Darrius will be awake as the room will get warmer and that means I can’t get on the Internet.
Finally the power came back after some 20 minutes and was lucky that Darrius was still sound asleep. So I came downstairs to try to write some posts. And half way writing this post, Darrius cried and I have to get back to the room and pat him back to sleep. However he was wide awake and refused to return to sleep! Aaarrgghhh! It took me more than 40 mins to get him to return to lalaland again….
I wonder why our roll of houses always have to suffer power outage? PiggyBeng was quite mad as it happened just too often… at least 10 times a year. Though they can rectify the problem quite quickly but it is disturbing especially when we are in midst of our beauty sleep.
