LuCas di-di’s bRithDay pArtY

Mommy and I was invited to attend Aunty KittyCat’s son, Lucas di-di’s birthday party last Wednesday (31 Jan 2007). That day, daddy was not able to go with us as he has to go to Singapore for some meetings so I went with Mommy and Janice cheh-cheh. Jovin kor-kor wanted to come along too but Ah-Mah won’t allowed him as Mommy won’t be able to look after so many of us… we can be quite havoc when we play together!

We were late as we lost our way trying to find Aunty KittyCat’s house and only arrived an hour later at 7.30pm. The party has started when we arrived with some of Aunty KittyCat’s friends and family enjoying the buffet spread which was laid outside the corridor of their apartment unit.

This is a little embarrassing… I let out a loud cry when Mommy brought me into the house as there were so many pairs of eyes staring at me… It’s not that I’m not used to getting attention or seeing strangers but I always have this little problem entering a new place which looked unfamiliar and with so many people smiling at me… I felt lost… sound silly? Nevermind… I was a silly little boy to cry in the first place…

Then Mommy brought me to where the toys are and instantly I warmed up and was glued to that place for most of the night… keeping myself very busy with Lucas di-di’s toys. I was glad to have Janice cheh-cheh with me while I was playing with all the toys… we were definitely having loads of fun with some other kids who were there and a lot of snatching games too!  Mommy was with me most of the time too except the time when she was busy chomping down the delicious food on her plate and talking to some uncles and aunties.

Chocolate balloons cupcakes with teddy bear

We presented some chocolate balloons cupakes with teddy bear specially baked and frosted by Mommy. Not sure if the cupcakes tasted ok or not (too sweet perhaps?) as I was not allowed to taste it before it was brought to Aunty KittyCat’s place… Mommy hope they enjoyed the cuppies though…

The party ended at about 9.15pm. Ah-Mah and Gu-gu came to fetch us at around 9.30pm. It was tiring but I really enjoyed myself at the party!
